vegetable rice cake using idli batter is made with Idli batter to which with carrots, cabbage, doodhi are added. Then Eno (fruit salt ) is added and the batter is cooked with an aromatic tempering on a non stick tava to make a delectable vegetable rice cake snack for any time of the day and any occasion.
